or “Beans,” an abstract mixed media artist based in the outskirts of Cologne, Germany.

My art explores color, movement, and perception, and is inspired by my experiences with disability, queerness, immigration, and autism.

Born and raised in Alabama, USA, I moved to Germany with my spouse and two pets in autumn of 2024. Before returning to graduate school to continue my studies in linguistics, I worked as a grant writer for non-profit organizations across the United States. Now I study and research on language patterns and commonalities in autistic individuals at Uni Köln.

Combining my passions for color, nature, and expression, I create dynamic artwork that adds depth to any space.

Hi, I’m Sabina

He is full of mischief and affection. Michi loves playing fetch (he even taught Murph!), monologuing, and sunbathing.

Who is Pat the Pot?

Pat is the little guy you see on my logo. He’s a character I have illustrated many times over the years, starting from a sticky-note art challenge where I had to draw something in just 10 seconds!

Below you can see the very first version of Pat on an orange sticky note as well as a later iteration. You’ll notice his leaves were straighter - that was before Pat fully accepted his gay identity.

Now, Pat lives his most authentic life, adding light and cuteness to my little art world.
